EOC/ECC/DOC conceptual design and functional layout is inherently unique, and often foreign to architects and construction companies. Commonly, this can lead to functional and operational design decisions that lead to permanent problems that you must live with or work-around, once your facility is complete. We specialize in guiding the build-team to meet your needs, before, during, and after construction.

The experienced team at ICS Consultants are emergency management experts and will be your client-focused interpreters, serving as your representative from day-one, throughout your EOC design and construction process, and into your real-world operational periods.

We aim to get it right for you the first time!

These courses present an overview of key NIMS principles relating to EOC and MAC’s, public information, resource management, mutual aid, and communication and information management.
